CrisisOR is a medical simulation and educational tool designed exclusively for healthcare professionals. All scenarios, clinical content, and feedback within the App are intended solely for training and educational purposes. The App does not constitute medical advice and must not be used to guide real patient care decisions.
## 3. No Clinical Reliance
Content presented in this App, including drug dosages, clinical protocols, and management guidelines, is provided for simulation training only. In real clinical situations, always follow your institution's policies, current evidence-based guidelines, and your professional clinical judgment. The developers of CrisisOR accept no responsibility for clinical decisions made based on information within the App.
## 4. User Eligibility

Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits are awarded upon successful scenario completion at a score of 100%. It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify that awarded CME credits are recognized and comply with the requirements of their relevant licensing body or professional organization.

All content within the App, including but not limited to scenario text, clinical questions, visual design, and branding, is the intellectual property of CrisisOR and its developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal educational purposes. You may not use the App for commercial purposes, share login credentials, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the App.
